AC barely blows on passenger side?

Pretty new to the forum and only had the truck a little over a year.
Just replaced the condenser fan but this problem was there before we did that. Not real huge on DIY stuff but can handle some things. Just trying to see if there is maybe an easy fix. It doesnt blow anywhere near as hard as it does on the driver side and this is a big issue with the lady riding in the passenger side a lot.

Agreed. There are more than a few threads on this and it is the blend door that has broken and fallen down and blocking air. You can remove the fan blower motor and look up in there and see it.
Nope, you can't touch that thing unless you remove the hole dash. This is one of those cheap parts that goes bad and you have to spend an entire day to fix (or pay the dealer an arm and a ******** to fix). Dodge really should have covered this one. They dropped the ball on this even worse than those cracked dashes.
I actually just fixed this problem myself last night. My blend door on the passenger side broke and fell down and blocked the air vents. All I had to do was remove the glove box (very easy, only two hinges kept it in place). From there you will see an opening in the top right. Behind the opening is a grate/guard. What I did was just cut out that guard enough to pick up the door that broke and slid it out. If you want to replace the blend door however, you will have to remove alot of the dashboard to do it "correctly."
I was quoted from two different shops that replacing it would cost around $500-$600. That's about $25 for a new door and the rest for labor. If you don't mind not having the option between fresh and recirculated air, do it the easy way and just the bastard out.
