2005 Dodge Ram

Don't know where my mind is today. My truck is a 2007!!!! I need to replace my power steering box. Any thoughts or experience with remanufactured parts. I am looking at at the A1 Cardone Steering Box. I am from Canada and looking at ording it on on-line from the USA. I am concerned that it may not fit! when it arrives
Any suggestions!
