Alright, I got it figured out. Power in the fuse and relay center under the hood in fuses 32 to 38 (I think) comes from the ignition switch. from the switch it powers the ABS module, A/C control unit, airbag module. No power from the switch will activate the ABS and brake light, no speedo, no A/C or defrost for the heated mirrors, or control as to where the air comes out of the panel, floor, defrost etc. The electric side of the ignition switch was malfunctioning. I took it apart and a piece fell out so I soldered it back in and everything works like it should. I will be getting a new part but this was a shot before I had to shell out more money. About $30 at OReilly's.

Great job figuring it out. Those service manuals that Weed has posted are priceless!
