Default Need some help with repairs

As the title says I am currently trying to figure out what parts I am going to need to replace on my ram. I have an 05 QCSB 4x4 lifted 1500 and long story short it was flatbedded home last night. The truck was making a strange squeeking noise that sounded like a brake caliper that may have been moving around, but while driving home last night it made a huge bang noise and the tire tilted into the arm. I pulled the truck off the road and had it flat bedded. Upon looking at it I noticed that the Ball Joints still seemed to be in pretty good shape, but I noticed something strange. There was a metal piece that was fairly thin that was separted from the inner brake area and it didn't look like that on the other side. CV on that side was replaced back in june after I broke in 4.56 gears. I'm thinking that the CV may have come out and torn out the hub and bearings. There was metal shavings and some grease in the rim when I got it home. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should consider besides replacing my CV and Hub assembly. Any help is greatly appreciated. Note that the truck has 77k on it and is running 37x13.5x17 nitto mud grapplers on it.

You should take some pics of what you think is the issue and post them

Yeah, without seeing the carnage it'd be hard to say, but yeah, you'll need the CV and hub for sure.

BTW, didn't I tell you way back when that 37s were gonna be trouble on that IFS truck??? LOL...
