Default Dealer help

Just need some advice from people who've dealt with the dealer before, i'll try keep this short and sweet.

I live in Texas but was in oklahoma last week and while I was up there my door actuator went out. No biggie right, took it to the dealer and decieded while I was there to go ahead and have them replace the thermostat and flush the coolant system. I get the truck 2 days later and its running hot. Took it back a few days later and the replaced the thermostat again and threw on a waterpump as well. I picked it up after hours and it was still running hot. I drove it home friday night and it ran warm the whole time. So now that im home i took it to my local dealer and there going to take a look at it. Im betting that when they flushed the radiator they dislodged something. If that's the case the dealer is responsible for the repair, correct?? This look like it's running a little warm to anybody besides me

i would take it back and demand they do a head pressure check. do a quick search on 4.7s overheating here on the site and you will see most common issue to a 4.7 going hot is cracked heads or a blown head gasket .

Well my local dealer called and confirmed what I was thinking. Clogged radiator. I've talked to them about getting the compression checked with it running hot like it was and there opinion is if it never missed or the check engine light never came on I should be fine. So now im stuck replacing the radiator cause the dealer in OK is refusing to pay for it. Looks like im calling chrysler customer service over this crap

Dealers fault. Call chrysler. Paperwork from dealer should have mileage and you should be able to prove your case.

Weed, I had one on order from a local muffler/radiator shop but since i'm gonna fight the dealership I figured it was best to have it replaced at one to show i'm not trying to pull a fast one on them. I've already called Chrysler Customer Service and had a file opened against them. It just pisses me off that you can't trust a dealership to take responsibility for there screw up.

Before I forget, thanks to whoever changed the thread title for me. I was to busy making sure my pictures would show up.

Yeah, you got a pretty good claim against them, especially if your paperwork at the OK dealer did not indicate you had a problem with engine temp, just doing routine maintenance. It would have been on them to determine it was running hot when they first put their hands on it and they would have documented so (and tried to soak you on a repair).
Stick to your guns on this one...
