Default Front end sounds loose after lift

So I noticed this problem a couple weeks ago but I normally have music on so I don't hear it much but when I go over bumps, like speed bumps, the front end sounds like its loose and crashing down to the ground. It doesn't feel loose but just makes alot of squeaks and other noises going over a bump. I assume its from the lift but what exactly can be wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your upper control arms are hitting the coil buckets with is common on 06+ with the wrong or too much lift

Even on just basic speed bumps? Anything I can do about it?

Just pick up a cheap can of spray paint and paint them and them duplicate the problem and check for fresh marks.

I have the Bilstein leveling kit with the matching rear shocks and I get some squeeking when I go over bumps, but not crashing noises. I just assumed the kit needs to be broken in for the squeeking to go away.

maybe you should spray wd40 on what you think is squeaking to identify it and lube as necessary

I was actually gonna try that before the paint idea. It just sounds like its coming down a lot harder than it should for a speed bump.

What happens on 06+ is the clearance is a lot less between the upper control arms and the top of the coil bucket so when going over a speed bump, the weight of the front end is heavy and gravity causes the front end to come down and make the suspension components colide.

You could also have the front shocks maxed out and could be hearing / feeling the internal bump stops if they have them.

That's why guys get longer shocks or some kits come with shocks designed to match their kits
