common issues. lots of threads on it. likely the condenser fan isnt running as it should be. so the only time air gets blowed across the fins is when you are moving. make sense? so check your fuses first. then jump 12v to the fan to test it and replace it if it doesnt work. do a thread search on here on how to replace if needed
