Default H.I.D. Problems!!!!

What's up guys,
I just bought a HID kit from ebay and I am having a problem. I pluged everything correctly and now I am having a clickig noise from the relay on the kit. What could this be. I might have connected the positive and negetive incorrectly from the harness kit to the factory harness. I was wondering why this was happening.

What brand is it. Normally I try to stay away from E-bay stuff unless I know it is brand name and that the COMPANY will back the product should there be a problem. I'd reread and make sure all the connections are right. If it doesn't work, call the vendor you got it from.

Welcome to Ebay...

Sorry about your problem, but who did you think was going to offer tech support? This isn't like buying a vase or a plate. I've seen this issue time and time again, i.e. people unloading absolutely anything, especially "gadgets," and those are often of questionable utility to begin with. Buyers think they are getting a great deal, until they require something more than a box dropped off by UPS.

Oh, and one other thing. In most states (if not federally mandated now) aftermarket HID lights are illegal and have been for some time because they do not have the required self-adjusting function as required by statute.

Seriously though, best of luck.
