Angry 20A 12V Fuse - Where'd they hide it?

Where's the fuse for the 20A accessory plug on the dash of the ram?

I've checked and cannot find it...

I get no power when I plug anything into it.

I would think it is in the fuse box under the hood. Does anything else not work?

In the '06, "Power outlet IP" is fuse 38. "Cigar lighter" is 40

Thank you very much! I've owned the truck for over a year and never figured it out. Now, feeling like a bit of a tool for admitting it... Thank you for helping me!
