have a question i hope someone can help me with. i have a dodge ram st 1500 reg cab with 3.55 limited slip gears. i want to upgrade to 4.10"s or lower by swapping rear ends instead of a gear change. what year rear ends will fit my truck? thank you!

9.25 directly.
SRT-10 Dan 60 w/ some modifications.

You will like the lower gears. With my tire/rim setup i got a good noticeable difference when i went from 3.55's to 4.10's.

3.92 is the tallest you can go with a factory axle swap

9.25 from a 3G 1500 will be a straight swap but like the post above 3.92's is the tallest (lowest) gear available from the factory.

That said i now think that 4G 1500 R/T has 4.10's as a optional gear however i am not sure how hard it is to get a used axle.
