Default stumped with p0440 and p0441 plus 2 codes?

I can't seem to figure out why my truck keep throwing p0440 and p0441. I replaced gas cap and checked area where evap canister located. It seemed to be fine with no rips or anything. Any area I may have missed?

In addition, I felt that truck isn't running right. So i got P0456 and p0157. What should I do and I did the search but i didn't get enough info about it.

I wanted to say that the original spark plugs are very very worn out and probably will be changed out soon but I have another car that I have to do tune up too. The car is running 147k+ on original spark plugs. Yes 147k miles on original spark plugs from 2001. My other car calls for more attention since it is used the most than dodge. Dodge usually sit in driveway til it is needed.

I probably going to clean up the MAF this weekend. While I am there, I want to take care of the problems too to rid of engine light and gobs away the power. I can feel the differences in power with engine light or not.

I still have those codes. It popped up back on. This is driving me crazy.

I did the spark plugs, changed the oil and filter, clean MAF, and re did the intake system for more efficient breathing. The truck drives great, no problems kept for the engine light on.

according to the haynes manual, p0157 is a oxygen sensor low voltage on the right bank. p0456 is EVAP control system small leak detected, p0440, it doesn't say, but I'm guessing it has something to do with the EVAP system, and p0441 is EVAP purge flow monitor problem

When I had the truck throw a P0440 or a P0441 (can't remember which) it was a small hose that had come loose on the evap canister that is underneath of the truck. On the hose a plastic hose fitting had broken. When I replaced the fitting and reset the code, the problem never came back. The truck threw a P0456 when I had not tightened the gas cap enough once. Never came back after I clicked the gas cap enough times.

Check these links for more information about the codes

no idea why the rear O2 sensor would start to flake though, sorry. The 2 issues do not seem to go together.

my truck is throwing the same 2 codes... i replaced the gas cap and cleared the codes but they came back like a month later. I dont see any vacuum lines under the hood that look bad.... im kinda in the same place you are. where is this canister under the truck located? I'll have to try and look at that, and possibly the fuel filler neck.

If you change the EVAP rubber hoses (3), three of these codes will go away. The task will take less than 10 minutes total to finish. The EVAP canister is under the truck just in front of gas tank. this will correct te P0440, P0441 'n P0456 codes. Just fixed this issue with my '03 truck, for less than $30. If you use after market rubber the cost will even be less. Apples only to the P0440, P0441 'n P0456 codes.

The P0157 looks to be an issuse with the O2 sensor downstream of the CAT. Google your codes.... Lots of information out there.

could be an advanced sign the fuel pump is going out. Happened to me.. Checked hoses MULTIPLE times and could not find a leak ANYWHERE!! A month later...stranded on side of road with no fuel.... hine site says it makes sense... why would it show "banks are running lean" or "not enough fuel" etc... well, if the fuel pump is going out... it can cause all those things.

Now, I keep getting p0157 code every other few days. I recently checked o2 sensor in bank 2 on the right side. It appeared to be clean and i cleaned with carb cleaner and had it dry up before reinstalling back in.

What should I do? I even used search and googled it. I haven't gotten the answer i need.

My truck been eating more gas than usual. I am getting less than 250 miles a tank.
