Default Problems with 2003 Ram ETC codes

I am traveling across country pulling a medium sized flatbed trailer with my 2003 3/4 ton Ram hemi. Probably less than 2000 pounds total weight. 20 miles after pulling a very steep hill the ETC light came on (I can't remember if it was steady or flashing and the truck lost almost all power. I pulled over and stopped. I shut the key off and waited a short time. I started the truck and it ran fine. I drove about 20 more miles to a hotel. I did the key trick and got the codes P0463, P2106, P2108, and P2299. I tried the key trick again and could not get the codes again. Does not getting the codes again mean it was a computer bleep and there was no problem or do I need to take it to the dealer? thanks

Default Let me answer my own question

I took the truck to the dealership service department and they said if it was them they would press on. I did so and drove 800 miles without a problem. Just lucky??

No, it means they were stored codes, meaning they popped up sometime between mile 1 and how ever many is on it now. Once you pull them, if they are not still valid (the condition still persists) they are cleared...
