Default Low Humming sound

I don't drive my truck but maybe 80 miles per month, but when I do, I get this low humming sound I believe coming from the rear passenger side. Could this be the wheel bearings going out? If so, is this an easy fix?

The usual symptoms of a wheel bearing or hub going bad are more of a groaning / howling / up to grinding noise. Sometimes the noise will increase or decrease with different driving actions, accelerating or braking or straight line driving versus left or right turns.
FWIW my front hubs are bad, every time I backup in a left turn I hear loud popping noises from the front driver wheel. (I also hope that's the source of the shaking / rattling noise that's driving me crazy) I just got them shipped and on my next couple days off I'm going to tackle that.

Thanks Casey. I'll wait and see if it gets worse.
