Hi all,

Well I let my trial subscription expire, and I paid for it on Friday night. I can not get the Sat radio to work now. I have called Sirius a few time. Any suggestions?

Did you have it one when they sent the signal to reactive it

 

No, they have sent the signal several times. I have no clue what to do next. I have pulled the fuse and reinstalled it and it still hasn't come on yet.

 

when you are waiting for the signal are you letting it sit outside and on channel 1

 

Yes it sat outside for a couple of days. I just parked it inside the garage again till the weekend.

 

i just bought a used 06 ram. sat radio was workin when i test drove it. then must be the old owner cancelled the subscription.. all i did was plug the radio id in under my name and sirius account on sirius.com. had the truck ignition on accesory so the radio was on. let it set on the sirius preview channel. i sent the signal to activate it. and that was it. it works perfectly. hope this helps.

Its been a week and it still isn't on. I went and saw a guy today, and he said unplug the radio directly. I did and still a no-go. So I'm thinking that the radio is bad. I have no sound on channel 184 and no volume control. It works fine on the FM and AM channels.

 

It is fixed! I called again for the for activation signal then I turned off my phone; as advised to do so by my service guy. And Whala! it came on in a couple of minutes.
