My 2005 ram is the base model and i took my door panel of now and noticed that there is a wire running into my lock, does this mean the truck comes with the actuators?

I'm not sure if it actually has the actuators in there or not, but I think that during the manufacturing process some stuff (like power locks) may end up being partially installed, just because it's easier for them to install one version of the wiring harness in all the trucks, regardless if they later add in power locks and power window motors...
