Should we have a separate 06+ discussion area?

Should we have a separate 06+ discussion area?
Is it just me or does this board lack information and "chat" about the 2006+ Ram? I can't belive there would not be a group of guys/gals that want to share information about the 06? Especially when these things start getting into people's hands. I've noticed that most people talking about the 06 are ripping the headlights etc. Please don't flame me for bringing this up, since I'm only making discussion...
Who thinks there should be a seperate section for 2006+ Rams?

RE: Should we have a separate 06+ discussion area?
'06 Rams should DEFINITELY be a separate forum. I don't want to wade through questions/discussions about hemis that run on four cylinders, etc. etc. [:'(]
If I'd wanted to deal with '06 stuff, I'd have waited and bought one... and I intentionally did otherwise.

Did I miss the group buy of HATER-AID? Man, for dodge fans I sure do read a lot of rips on the 06 Ram. Not just in this post of course, but all over this forum. Humm... For once we can talk about the HEMI in terms of miles per gallon vs. gallons per mile. And what happens when a 06 Ram takes you out in the turns with the new frame and suspension? Wow, for once Dodge realized that we need some lights that acutally brighten up the road? Before 02 dodge made just about the worst headlights for any vehicle on the road. Ugly but very functional in the 06. And the new interior...if changing from the minivan interior to a updated truck interior is a bad thing, then I just don't know.

gsxr150:
The question was asked so I and others responded.
Not only do I use a truck, I do have to look at it. And, the body changes to the new Dodge are... strange at best and sadly derivitive at worst.
I would also like to determine if I have disabled cylinders or not. I'm not really concerned about gas mileage (can I still say something so non-PC without someone knocking on my door late at night?) and what I've seen the difference in real world terms is not much, especially in the truck application. Also, I can imagine the first time the electronics get a bit wonkey (even a little thing like a bad ground connector can cause strange glitches--ask how I know) and I'm towing something and it "sticks" in 4 cylinder mode. I don't need it nor to see similar model-unique issues here. Who knows what the typical "Gen 3" Forum member wants? Some polls, but as noted, there are a lot of people who apparently don't care one way or another about a lot of things, especially those that necessitate a vote. Unfortunately, some are far more important venues than anything we do here!
All the best, and thanks for the comments.
