had the same problem, ive had no luck getting them up, just messed up the plastic around it, seems like the lense is too big to pry out without destroying the plastic, hopefully it will work after reading through this

Default Updates?

I have that exact same ceiling console and need to take it down. Did you end up getting it off? How? Help please. ALL the online helps are geared toward the other ceiling consoles.

The hole in the front of the "console" has a phillips head screw. Take that out, then on each side of the lamp area are clips holding the whole assembly. Pull straight down on each side. You don't remove the lenses. Then replace the bulbs from the inside.
