I have this on my truck. Its not hard. Valve covers are a direct swap and need a deep 8mm to take them off and on.
The coil harness plugs on your current engine harness have to be cut off. Notice there are two wires on each harness plug and all harness plugs have one wire color in common. That same color wire on each harness is the ASD (Auto shut down) wire. The other wire is a different color on each harness and is the coil wire.
So basically you cut the current harness plug off, splice on the new harnesses, install the VCs, install the new coils (10mm BTW) and connect the harnesses to each coil

Sorry boss, it's been a while since I've even looked under my hood, much less crawled on top of the engine. Shoot me a PM to remind me to look if I don't get back to this tomorrow during the daylight
If you look at the open (coil) side of the connector with the bump-out (tang) on top, the lefthand #1 position is for the Coil Control wire which should be wired to the dark blue w/ a different color tracer for each coil. Then the middle #2 position is for the ASD Control Output wire which should be wired to the brown w/ white tracer wire. The right #3 position is left empty. If I remember correctly my connector kit came without the orange & purple wired pins inserted and I don't remember if they were the same gauge or not. If they are different gauge wire the heavier gauge wire should go in the middle #2 position.

so it looks like the ORANGE TO BROWN WIRE #2 hole or center.
and purple to blue wire # 1 hole.
