Default Wont start after I put tranny in

I have an 08 3.7...Automatic transmission
Former problems--rebuilt transmission at 80K from the dealership-

Ive never really had too many problems with the truck more then the brakes or spark plugs...

The truck has been totaled
First when it was stolen...
Second when my grandmal hit a cow in it...

Everything was pretty much cosmetic...

with in the last few weeks I had a leak coming from the bell house where it mounts to the block...it looked as if it was coming from the main seal in the front so i replaced it. as it pretty much got from 1 gallon in a week to 1 gallon in a day.

I put the tranny back in and now it wont start...

The truck worked fine until i put the tranny back in ( i did take the transmission apart except for the bolts ad ended up putting it back together and drove it bc of the rain, then tore it down)

I figure the tranny would not be right with the flywheel if i didnt have it alligned everything snapped up the only thing its missing is 1 bolt on one side right above the starter bolt.. which i highly doubt would make any real difference here.

I checked all the wires it seems as if one of the clips its a big green one (near the shifter rod) like it wasent down all the way when i pressed and had somone start the truck(or at least try) it made no diffrenece. There is one more clipit somewhat broke a little when i was braking a bolt at teh top with teh ratchet..it did not seem so loose as that I could pull it off with any force, so i demed it ok (but i could be wrong)

I took my battery (redtop) to the store had it slow charge and tested it was good.

Took my starter got it first day it tested good took it back put it in my truck, I would get a very very fast rapid sound like teh selonid wasent going back. still didnt spin the flywheel. so i went to the dodge house and got a new starter for 130$ not too bad... Well its doing the same thing....BUT
with the old starter it was spinning fast like it was free
now with the new starter it spins about 10% or 5% of the speed and its got a slower sounding slow deep whine sound like its trying to turn. but i think it would still be missing still cuase i dont really hear teh crankshaft trying to spin.

I tried neutral and park to start.
Automatic transmission
I do have a very extreme system or did until i left my truck at a friends to work on it...To give u an idea i probley tryign to pull 300 amps out of the truck and its enough that i blew the windows out of the courthouse when i had to go to court over it
NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER CALL YOUR TRUCK AS A WITNESS!!!!! >>$$$$$

one time i ran out of gas and i got a violent shaking out of the truck until i hit neutral and let it roll. it could be diffrent tryign to start the truck

I could be out of gas bc iam pretty sure i was driving around on E when i took it over there. and now the gas guage says a quarter of a tank sometimes othertimes it says e. the truck does alot of funny things it seems like its got no gas or electrical problem somewhere

I checked the wires and ran tem with a second friend we went from the bottom yonder to top and aint found no problem anywhere in the ground or lines being loose. except on the small ground wire coming off the starter it look s alittle coroded.
the starter was also very hot i have no idea if thats bad or not

I have not throughly inspected the wires above teh tranny on the passenger side... one time we were logging in teh woods it was maybe 3am? neeches river, neches texas with chainsaws and the truck caught fire under from hay (30 degress hay patched path)THERE WAS a greenish cable kind like what u see in electronics microchips there it looked burnt up I thought i seen it on my truck the other day and now I dont notice it. It could be me or maybe somone has an idea to what that wire couldeve been.

Any help and time or advice U have is gratley appreciated, I couldent give you gents any catter but I will give you my word I will try it/look into it.

sorry for bad prononcuation or spelling...Just cuase i can say ther words dont mean I can spell em
-Buck-

Buck...Is there any type of Transmisison control module, that is located on the side or near the transmission? I am thinking that when you replaced the transmission, the park/nueteral safety switch was either not hooked up correctly or that it was hooked up wrong.
This is experience coming from doing 2 automatic changes, and finally a auto to 5 spd swap on my Mustang. There was a TCM that if shifter was hooked up wrong, it would show that it was in park, but actually in D or R.

When you say module you mean a little box type deal with wires? I will look tomorrow.

There is 1 clip on the passenger side above the pan of the transmission.
on the drivers side above the pan is 2 bigger clips both clip down (south) towards the pan. there are 2 more clips they push into the side of the transmission above the pan (east). and a final skinny clip that goes in (south) towards the pan also.
the one that seams broke is mounted east and is the closest of the 2 smaller clips to the block. I cant recall of hand but they could be identical. I thought each one was attached to an 02 sensor and thats what i used to remember where they went.
But i will for sure double check.

Ied have to say I can sure work on a tracter and I do commerical pipefitting and this is the same but I try to be methotical with everything, since I have never even worked on a vechicle much especialy a new one with all teh electronics.

Yes...the little box deal with wires...
To check, have someon sit in the truck, and move the shifter lever from park to 1st and back to park a couple of times, while you are under the truck look to see where the cable is connecting to the transmission.
