My ram dies shortly after starting... it only does it sporadically. When it dies the large led light on the instrument cluster will either stay lit or it will flash. The truck will crank and run after a few attempts to crank. Any idea what the trouble is? The truck is an 07 with a 3.7 v6. It has about 72@ k miles on it.

 

Sounds like a key chip going bad.
