Default Changing Oil ?

I have heard that with the new 05 rams that they change your oil for free for the 3/36000 mile warranty. Iam hoping that is true but I know Ive proabably just read it wrong. And if it is true is their any catches to it like its just for 3,000 miles for only at the dealer at which you bought it or anything.

Excuse My Ignorance I just got me a new truck and Iam trying to pace everything out.

That's not 100% true! At certain points there were offering a program were you would get free oil changes, but that doesn't apply to everyone!

I got certificates for 4 years of free oil changes with my 04. They are DC certificates, but only valid at the dealer of purchase. I don't use them, but they are not transferrable. It's worth the cost for me to do it on my schedule versus theirs, and I trust myself more than I do the dealers service department.

those deals they give out are kinda tricky

I bought my '03 with supposed "tires for life"

I had to go out of town on a friday night and needed a quick alignment but couldn't get it into the dealer so i took it to Firestone

now because of it I got turned down for the tires for life thing
