Heater Core
2003 dodge ram 4.7l
Ok I have the instrument panel off, the side pieces off, the cluster out, the cup holders off all the plastic pieces everything else except the TOP piece of the dash board, I can't seem to pry it up I have the piece closest to the windshield up but the one under that I can't get up, Maybe im over looking something but does anything know what I can do to get to the heater core without taking all this out?? the only thing thats stopping me from taking the top piece up is 3 bolts I can't get to that are on the vents that point toward the windshield....
Im trying to change the heater Core.. oh and it also seems nearly impossible without taking the metal bracket that stretches from one side to the other...
any DYI pics or anything Ive been searching I can't find anything, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK so i figured it out, u have to take the two bolts off the steering to let it drop then there are two more bolts holding that BIG metal bracket that holds your ENTIRE dash in place.. if u take that off u don't have to take the top pieces off.. ILL UPload pics soon
You know.....eveytime I see pics of the dash board being taken out....I cringe!!!
It looks sooooo much of a HUGE job.
Good luck on your repairs bud.
