I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 with the trailer package. The right turn signal and brake light works on the truck but there is no power on either the four connection or seven connection receptacles. I've been told that there are multiple relays that control different lights but I've no way to tell which relay it is or where to look.

Any ideas?
