I hit a curb the other night with my 2007 Ram 2500 diesel. Right front wheel sideways in to the curb. Steering wheel knocked off center. I took it to the dealer and diagnosed a bent trac bar. However , there has been a "change -up" on the front end parts and they can't get the old part anymore. So the change-up also requires replacement of steering linkage,Pitman arm and damper. total parts $837 + tax + extra labor, instead of $169. Seems to me older parts should be made available unless chrysler has noted deficiencies in the original design in which case some accommodation should be made. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
