I've only had the truck for a year btw but I've been doing a little work here and there on it, but I have also been driving it. Doesn't lose much coolant, doesn't overheat, I have done a compression test and know that one cylinder is lower than the others, so those two facts lead me to believe it's a head gasket issue. Just been extremely busy and now I'm at a point where I can do the head gasket replacement.

 

With threads on here you can tackle the Head gasket job yourself if you feel comfortable
