Default Question: 2005 Ram 6cyl missing

I am new to this forum, so if I have done this wrong please forgive me.
My 2005 Dodge Ram 6 Cyl auto, has 46-k miles on it, and runs perfect other than about once in every 20 starts it does something odd. If I start it and take off right away, it may more or less seem to bog down, and run rough. If it were an old motor, it would seem like the choke might need to be adjusted, like it is not getting enough air possibly. If I am pulling into traffic, it falls on its face and has no power at all. If I simply start the truck and let it warm up, this seems to never happen. When it does happen, it typically does not seem to be running rough when started, but as I drive it the first few blocks, if I try to give it too much gas at once, it may possibly bog down, and have no power at all. On the other 20 or so starts, it cranks up, and runs fine, and never does less than perform perfect. When it does mess up and bog down, the yellow check engine light will start blinking, then after about 30 seconds when it finally gets it's power back, the yellow check engine light will stay on, and it throws a code saying "Random misfire". It may happen on a hot clear day, or on a cold rainy day, a humid day or a dry day, then it will not happen again for a week, or may happen the next time I start it and then not happen again for a week or two. It may happen with the air off or on, and it may happen with no accessories on or everything on. It has done this for quite some time, and since it started, I have put in new plugs, changed the air filter. I thought it may have been bad gas, put I have put dryer in and run premium gas in, run injector clearer though, and nothing seems to change it. It may happen at 25 degrees, or not, or may happen at 100% outside or not. It is quite random. It only happens when the motor is not warmed up, and never happens it the truck is restarted but the block has not cooled down from the last drive. Thanks if anyone has any suggestions, and once again I apologize if I posted wrong on your board. DonTruck
