The height shouldn't be a problem it's typically the width that has Issues with clearing the control arm. I went with 295/70/18 but did rancho quicklifts in the front and there are no issues. And yeah Im pretty sure it was 5.71 backspacing. tell the company what vehicle they're going on and they should know for sure but I think that's it. So if you have the room to clear 285 at full lock, the height of the tire will be just fine. If you don't think it will clear then just do the 275 cuz it will for sure
