I have lifted mine 2" by turning the torsion bars (5 turns). This is the common method of gaining a couple of inches with torsion bar equiped vehicles. I have noticed no difference whatso ever from doing this. I would not go over two inches though. There was no realignment needed either.

You can get the Torsion Keys anywhere, this site just gave you an idea of what tools you needed to do it yourself. I bought my torsion keys off Ebay for $129.00. I've had no problems whatsoever. They didn't change the ride quality of my truck either.
