Default '02 rear differential

Real quick. I have the cover off the rear diiff. in my '02. One question...There are two holes, one on each side of the main opening where you can see the the axle shaft. Do these holes also need to have fluid put in to lubricate any axle beqarings? I have hear stories of people changing their fluid and not getting any in the axles and burning out bearings. The diff cover will cover these holes so not sure if they are just inspection holes or what.

Thanks

The fluid will "circulate" just from the pumpkin being filled to the proper level.

While I had it apart I color matched the pumpkin to the truck. After filling it decided to drive the slopes of the road on each side to make sure things got lubed..
