Default bad egr vavle?

I have a 2005 Duranga limited w/ 5.7 hemi 4x4, 77k miles. I know, its not a ram but someone suggested asking herfe aswell due to similar enngine as the Ram.

I have noticed lately that when stopped my engine is idling a little rough and the tach will bounce just a little. Not much movement, no sweeping of the needle, just small bumps over 700rpm.

I have had the egr clean ed twice because of cel codes. Could this be the egr again and should I just replace it? Also, if that is the cause should I also change pcv? Thanks

How many miles on the plugs? Has the PCV valve been cleaned/replaced?

I've never gotten more than a month or two out of cleaning a bad EGR, replace it for the $30 it costs at an auto parts store...

Plugs replaced 10k ago. Never changed PCv. I don't know if I'm making more of this than I should. The idle is not very noticeable and the rpm jumping is not noticeable unless you stare at it
