I have a 2002, Ram 1500 V6. I have air coming out of forward facing vents only. Selector **** will not change to floor nor defrost vents, seems to be stuck on forward only. A/C control button works fine as does fan control and heat/cool selector. I pulled the front panel and checked ohms across the pins on the control **** and no matter what position it is in, I am getting the same readings. **** is attached to a small board, barcode 6600309815. Sound like board replacement to you guys?

 

you likely have blend door problems, and the easiest way for me to explain it would be to tell you to search heater treater on google and there are videos on utube that will help you find the problem and fix it.
