My 06 3500 has shifter issues. The gear shifter works as it is supposed to, but the window does not always show it is in park, even when it is, thus when you take your foot off the brake and open the door, all hell breaks loose and the horn sounds. That is because the truck THINKS its in reverse, but actaully it is not. What is the fix? This has to be a simple fix.
Anybody have this probelm???
