107,000km / 1.609km per mile = 66,500miles
Just so everyone knows how many miles we're dealing with.
My first guess would be the very common Hemi tick! https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...e-posting.html
It's all over the forum.
My truck was quiet when I bought it and at a mere 400miles(644km) it started to "knock". I'd call it a loud tick more than a knock. People i have come across call what is really a tick, a knock... not sure if that's what you are doing or not?
If I raise the rpms' up to 1200+ the noise goes away. i thought at first it was lack of oil lubrication to the upper engine.
If this is not your issue please post back a video or more detailed informative post so we can help you out better.

Did you check the oil level? My first thought would be a lifter, bent rod or connecting rod bearing. My experience goes back aways (yea, I'm old), but is was common in the 60's and 70's. Here in the states, I believe the 2005's are covered by the 7/70 warranty. If yours is, get it to the dealer right away. Good luck

sry for the late reply... took the truck to the dealer and was told that one of the pistons was misfiring and need to replace all spark plugs and all wiring, valve cover and gaskets... apparently oil was getting into the spark plugs which they say likely caused this issue... glad to say that the truck is running great and no more ticks/knocks. P.S thanks for your replies!
