Default 02 front "clip" on an 08

Will the fenders, head lights, rad saddle and hood from my 02 ram fit on an 08 ? I've found a doner truck that would probably be easier to fix. The air bags are gone too and I'm sure that will be exspensive. If anyone knows please let me know.
Thanx

You'd need an '02-05 front bumper as well.

I'd imagine the bumper is toast aswell. I'm going to see the truck this weekend and will see if its worth it. I have to see what I can get it for. Thanx for the replies

I've heard of people retrofitting 06-08 front end to 02-05, but never seen other way round.

How about changing an 06-08 to an 09-12 front end? That would be sick.

I'm looking for reliablility and inexspensive. Hopefully the wiring didn't come from the same spagetti factory as my 02. LOL! I was on the side of the road, in a snow storm, with my 7month old son and his mother. Waited 45mins for tow truck, which felt like hours. Still don't know why truck lost all power, I'm sick of this POS!

I can understand being cost effective but I wouldnt want to put an 02-05 front clip on my 06+ either as it would KILL trade in or resale value

The 08 is a branded "salvage". The way I'm looking at it is that my 02 is getting upgraded.

For a front end swap you'll need fenders, front bumper, headlights, and maybe a hood. I wouldn't want to make my truck look like an older model though, personally.
