trans question
So i have a 08 ram qc 4x4 hemi all stock except for k&n filter. truck has 50k on it.
Once on a while i will get this jerk on my trans for like a sec when i first go from park to drive. now its not a jerk u feel when shiftin only when u start to take of and then its gone. np problems with shifting or anything else like slipping. clean fluid
. i called dealer and he said that is called a trans wind up or something. its when fluid is beibg pushed to forward gear or drive. he said iy will happen if u gofrom park to drive fast or if u backed up last and fluid is in different part of trans so do ram trans do that or is it mytruck.like ii said it feels like it hesitates or jerk n then goes n drives good

Well I'm no tranny guru, but my truck doesn't do that and I've got over 198,000 miles. How does the tranny fluid look, color, smell, and up to the correct level? There's a lot of tranny guru's on here, they will have better explanations and suggestions than mine.
