Power Outlet Hot 24/7
You CANNOT tap hot wires to them. They are canbus wires and you will cause multiple problems! You could cut the wire and use a diode to isolate it and then tap a hot wire past the diode that is activated through a relay via ignition off. Only bad thing is that you have to cut your wire and you'll have a relay running hot the entire time your truck is off. This means you'll draw excessive current for no good reason whenever your truck is off. I would not reccomend this for that AND the canbus reason. You really need to know what your doing to not screw things up. It can be much worse than you think. Canbus/multiplexed systems are not user friendly.
Your best bet is to hardwire whatever you need powered directly to the battery with an inline fuse. Don't piggyback fuses on your 2006 either. You have a tipm(electronically controlled relays) and you'll cause errors. Again, not user friendly.
