I lost my high beams, as long as I hold the leaver, they work. I see thiers two bolts and or screws under the stearing colume, looks like the two peace plastic cover can be removed to install a new signal leaver, high beam ect.

How is the leaver attatched, and is thier a spring inside the leaver that snaps on or off to activate high beams?
