Diablo can custom tune an 04 PCM but not TCM.

and SCT doesn't do trans tuning at all, is that right?

I'll probably be going with an SCT, and I won't need trans tuning because it will be a stage 3 sharadon by then. I will be using an 05 4.7 PCM to run the hemi, which has been done before, hemifever tuned it. So basically, I can take a hemi from 03-05 and be fine?

Another question, can an 06+ hemi be MDS-deleted?

Correct on the SCT and 06+ MDS can be disabled.
