Do you think it could be comming from the differential? Sometimes if you have the limited slip it can make some noise when turning if it doesn't have the LSD additive in the rear end, I think thats more of a clunking type noise though. What about the brakes, they could be sticking...
Assuming the tires aren't actually rubbing, those are about the only two things I could think of. It's hard to really say without hearing it in person.

I have an '03 1500 QC 4x4 w/ 4.7L with 265/17's and the same thing happens with my truck. If you go slow and turn the wheel hard you get a strange deep pitch squeak (like a headboard[8D]) with each rotation of the tire? I have the "anti-spin" differential which still has the original fluid, so it is not missing anything? Does that mean I need a fluid change?

There is a clip in the differential that can detach and fall into the gears, trashing the entire rear end. One symptom is that fluid will begin to leak from the pinion seal. Have a shop or dealer check the rear diff thoroughly.
