Ive gotten a few new parts that were fubar out of the box. What pissed me off the most is that the part was the last thing I checked because............"that cant be it, its new". I hope you get it figured out, and look forward to an update.

guys,

FINALLY got her fixed!!!!!

quick run down.....
old water pump was "squeakin", bad bearing
put new water pump on
started running HOT, never ran hot before
changed thermostat, which was the most expensive thermo EVER..
still ran hot.
checkd forums and tried all that was suggested...
threatened truck w/ a stick of dynomite..
pulled thermo out to run w/o it... won't work, leaks like crazy...
drained all fluid and filled again...
TEMP finally regulated normally.... hallelujiah.....

guess it had something to do w/ the "air" in the system or something...
