Default Rough Idle After Maintenance

So i'am not an owner but at the company i work for we have a 2003 dodge 2500 with a hemi. I rescently did fore and aft 02 sensor change as well as changed all the plugs, oil, and air filter. The truck has around 240,000 miles on it. I went through and rechecked all of the coilpacks and plugs to make sure everything was snug and creating good a connection and came across no problems, i also rechecked the 02 sensors(we put 100miles on them since replaced so the computer shouldve re-learned by now). I've tried disconnecting the battery to reset the ecu and it didnt seem to change anything. The rough idle usually jumps 200 rpms or more from its standard idle rpm. Its died multiple times because of the idel dropping too low. I'am assuming that the issue is some sort of sensor such as a MAF but i would like to know if you guys have any ideas before i start throwing money at it. This is the first dodge i've ever worked on(im a subaru guy) so sorry if i didnt provide competent and clear issues or if this is in the wrong forum. Thanks for your input though!

Tb is throttle body, and if u hold the mileage reset button on the cluster and turn the key over,3 times it will give u the code on the mileage display then go from there
