Default Dodge won't stay running, sometimes?

When I go to start the truck sometimes it will turn-over and then the RPMs will kick up a bit like normal but it will not idle. It will, most of the time, continue to do this until you try 2-3 times and press the accelerator. I also sometimes works if you take out the key and then try again. Is there some sort of ignition sensor possibly that might be going bad?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried the obvious yet? When it the last time you cleaned the throttle body & IAT sensor? PCV? Changed the EGR valve? Grounding the throttle body might also help the idle considerably...

Rough/bad and no idle conditions at start-up, generally when cold are signs of a weak ignition system. This can be from bad plugs, cracked plug wires(moisture and high resistance) or weak flowing injectors.

I'd pull a random plug and check to see what it looks like and go from there.
