Default Surging engine in cold at startup

It was probably around 5˚F this morning around 0745 when I went to start the truck. Fired right up, but then quickly started "surging", like I was revving the engine, with RPMS getting up around 2K, I think. I think this might honestly be the coldest I've ever had this truck, to be honest. I'm coming up on a (Mobil1) oil change here later this month. Any idea what could have caused this (related to the cold, I assume), and is it something I should worry about? Once it warmed up, there were no issues, so I'm pretty sure it's just related to the ridiculously cold mornings/overnight.

Well, it's 2˚F out right now, and only supposed to make it to 14˚ today. Guess we'll see if it does it, again, this morning.
