Default Dodge Ram Idle Problem

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.7 v8. When idling the RPMs go up and down, sometimes stalling. I have cleaned throttle body and replaced IAC valve and still have the issue. Any ideas what may cause or fix this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is a video of the truck idling:

Mine didn't idle that badly, but it did fluctuate some. I grounded my throttle body, and now, steady as a rock. It can't hurt to try, I bought a 6 gauge battery cable at Wal Mart for $5.00 that already had connectors on both ends.

My truck did that when the throttle position sensor went south. $30 and 15 minutes later, it never ran better.

When mine did that, it was the IAC valve. TPS is another good thing to try.

Maybe a vac or intake manifold leak also.

Its not the IAC I have replaced that, I have also tested the TPS. I have put clamps on the air vac lines that seems to help a little. I have also replaced the PCV and hose. That also seemed to help for a little but then it started acting up a again later. Last night I grounded the throttle body, seems to idle a little smoother, I will keep you updated. Thanks everyone.

I grounded the throttle body like someone suggested and it didn't help.

I had an idling issue that was seemingly fixed. The schmucks at pepboys left my transmission filter loose and there was barely any trans fluid on the dipstick. Ever since I took my truck there, it just doesn't feel like the same truck. Loss horsepower, and my idle drops when turning the steering wheel. At least it doesn't shutoff when stopping anymore.

Default Rough Idle

I have a 2001 Ram 4X4 with a 5.2 ,,it idles up to 1600 rpm at start up , surges for a while then smooths out. I have cleaned throttle body ,replaced idle air motor, throttle position sensor, and every time I do something it runs fine for a week or so and the back to surging again. I read in another forum that the MAF sensor may be the issue and another fellow said he found the problem in the wiring harness behind drivers side front tire, accessing it from under the truck.I spoke to my buddy who is a mechanic and he said there are many trucks like mine with the same issue,he said could be temp sensor. I am going to try the wiring harness first then it will go to the mechanic. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What bigdaddy said. My 02 4.7 would surge when the cruise was set. New TPS cleared it up.
