Default 3rd generation front end noise

I have been chasing this problem now for 2 months and can not figure it out. I bought the truck cheap because i knew it needed work. It is a 2002 1500 4wd quad cab. I have replaced the lower ball joints, sway bar links, outer tie rods cv shafts, and axle shafts in the front diff. I also drilled and taped the upper ball joints to accept grease fittings with no avail. It does it mostly when you drive slow across a bumpy road. It feels like the front end is going to fall out of it. I jacked it up and pried on all the bushings and they seem tight. Could some give me advice as to where to start looking next.

Shocks are tight and they seem to function properly off the truck. The wheel hubs rolled freely and where tight when i did the cv shafts. I also have a vibration in the front end but haven't switched tires from front to back.

Is it leveled? If you extend the shocks too many times then sooner or later those factory springs will fail and make every bump hell. I only mention it because it sounds like you checked everything else already.

check your front brake calipers. My F350 is notorious for front calipers banging around when the brakes are at the end of there life.I usually end up with warped rotor before my Dodge brakes expire. New hardware takes care of that issue for the caliper.
