Default wheel, tire and lift

ive been doing some research and havnt found the right answers yet. can i run the rough country 6" or 3" lift with stock 20" rims. i know the lift requires a 4.5" backspacing and the stock 20" have 5.75" of back spacing but is that bad or good. im a little confused on the dimensions.

any info would help.

You haven't searched enough. If you did then you would have found that you'll need wheel spacers or new wheels with the correct backspacing. I did with my FabTech 6 inch kit with my stock 20s

i also put a fabtech 6'' lift on and was told i could use my factory 20''. but to find out they didnt work. had to buy new wheels. according to dodge they made 4 different back spacings on the 04. i belive you need a 4.5 back space
