Default HID's xenon and DRL/turn signal

Is there any fix for when the daytime running lights go off when th rh(ithink) signal is on and when the LH signal is on the stay on....being that the relay harness just uses one of the exsisting light plugs, is there a way to fix this?

yes, it is done via starscan or DRB III diagnostics tool through the dealer prep section.
Your dealer can do it, along with enabling or disabling the DRL's completely.
I had to have my truck declared a USA market truck so the DRL menu could be accessed.

It cost me 30 dollars - but it was by my direction, as the service tech had a lot of trouble navigating the dealer prep menu.

yes, I've seen that done on vehicles here in Canada.
Mine is an '04, so "winking" never did happen on mine.

I personally hate the idea of losing 50 percent of my headlight effectiveness when I'm about to make a turn.
What I haven't taken the time to notice is if they do it when the headlights are actually turned "on".

No, the winking is a DRL only function.
