Default p0750 and p0700 codes

Hi folks new to the forum. I have an 06 1500 quadcab with I think a 45RFE transmission and 75,000 miles. On my way home yesterday I was sitting at a light and then went to pull out and got a mil light and a drag in the trans. So today I read the codes and got a P0700 and a P0750. Would it be possible that these could be caused by faulty filters as I have also had the morning lag in trans engagement. Or do i have to bite the bullet and change the shift selenoid. I would hate to do the filter change then have to do it all over again. Thanks in advance.

Okay, I reset the TCM, MIL goes out and it reverts to limp mode after I shift to drive. So I guess I have to replace the shift solenoid. I have seen a repair kit for this so my next question is, has anybody done the repair. 150 views and no replies, just a little help please.
