Default Cause of noise?- Left wheel while turning

All of a sudden this crops up, after my 03 2500 has sat for 4 days no less.

If the truck is stationary and you turn the steering wheel, the left wheel seems to squeak. If you do it while moving, as in turning, there's a squeak that's intermittent but even. Kind of like there's something stuck on a rotor in one spot. I don't think that's the problem but you get the idea. If your driving in a straight line, no noise. Also if your doing a slow turn like in a parking lot and you let go of the wheel to straighten out, it kind of jerks as it turns back.

This happens in 2 wheel drive. Haven't tried it in 4 wheel yet. Anyone have any ideas?

I was thinking maybe surface rust on the rotor or pad. I mean 4 days isnt much, so thats flimsy, but possible. Itll probably exit on its own. Maybe try brake claeanet
