Default Overheating

Sooo this weekend has been a ****ty one for the dodge. Saturday, My idler pully bearing froze up and I replaced it, Sunday, I went playing at the lake a few friends and dropped into a big hole, there went my alternator (its been on the way out for a while though). and so on sunday I picked up a new alternator and changed it out. Well, Sunday night, My fiance and I decided to go for a drive. We drove 40 miles there and I noticed it was started to get hot. Never hit red but was WAY up there. I decided that it might be my thermostat so I flushed my radiator, and put a new thermostat in this morning and still the same problem, Its a lot cooler out today and rainy so its harder to get it hot but its the same problem. I havent had any issues with this before and the radiator in it is only 6 months old.

its a 2004 ram 1500 5.7 with 137k miles. 4x4 slt QC running 35x12.50x17 tires.

Big hole? Mud/water? If mud pos radiator fins clogged with mud. Did you get the air out of the system, after flush? Fan clutch been replaced? Water pump?

I think I found what was up. One of my idler pulleys took a dump on me. It was one I just replaced a few months ago. So I went and got it warrantied and came home and put it on. Everything else is good. So I'm hoping that the belt was jut a little too loose and wasn't spinning the water pump fat enough
